These terms and conditions apply to the basketball training services provided by Off Da Dribble LLC, a registered business entity in the state of Florida. By signing up for our basketball training services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Services. We offer various basketball training services, such as individual sessions, small group sessions, camps, clinics, and leagues. You can choose the type, frequency, duration, and location of the training services that suit your needs and goals. You can also request a specific coach or trainer, subject to availability and approval. We will provide you with a confirmation email with the details of your chosen training services, such as the schedule, the fee, and the payment method.
Fee and Payment. You agree to pay the fee for the training services that you have selected. The fee may vary depending on the type, frequency, duration, and location of the training services. The fee may also include additional charges, such as taxes, equipment rental, or facility rental. You can pay the fee by credit card, debit card, cash, check, or online transfer. You must pay the fee in full before the start of each training session, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Cancellation Policy. You may cancel or reschedule your training session by notifying us at least 3 business days before the scheduled date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your training session within 3 business days of the scheduled date and time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the original fee. If you fail to show up for your training session without prior notice, you will forfeit the entire fee and no refund will be issued.
Liability and Indemnity. You acknowledge that participating in our basketball training services involves certain risks and dangers, such as physical injury, property damage, or loss. You agree to assume all risks and responsibilities for your own health and safety while engaging in our basketball training services. You also agree to follow our instructions and rules at all times during the training session. You release us from any and all liability for any injury, damage, or loss that you may suffer or cause as a result of or in connection with our basketball training services. You also agree to indemnify us from any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, or expenses that may arise from or in relation to your participation in our basketball training services.
Disclaimer. We do not guarantee or warrant any specific results or outcomes from our basketball training services. We do not make any representations or promises regarding your performance, improvement, or satisfaction with our basketball training services. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or failures in our basketball training services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel our basketball training services at any time without prior notice or liability.
Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and we will not disclose any personal information that you provide to us to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our basketball training services to you. We will use your personal information only for the purposes of contacting you, processing your payment, delivering our basketball training services to you, and improving our basketball training services. We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or our basketball training services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
